Common Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to impugned order dated 23.06.2016, made in Na.Ka. No.205/2003 A1/Unit 6, on the file of the 2nd respondent, to quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to make reference under section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act to the Jurisdiction Civil Court. In both WPs.

COMMON ORDER When the matter came up before this Court on 07.11.2023, there was no representation for the petitioners. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 10.11.2023 under the caption "for dismissal".

2. Even today (10.11.2023), there is no representation for the petitioners. Therefore, the writ petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to the costs.

3. In case any restoration petition is filed by the petitioners, the petitioners shall pay cost of Rupees One Lakh each to the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund and unless they pay the cost, Registry shall not entertain the restoration petition.
