O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted the copy of the written instructions given by the Assistant Engineer, Operation and Maintenance, Udumalpet Electricity Distribution Circle, Madathukulam in Letter dated 27.12.2018.

2.The said letter states that the 4th respondent namely, Mr.Vellairaj has not submitted any application seeking Electricity Service connection in the premises, which is now claimed by the writ petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the premises. 4.May that it be. This Court is of an opinion that there is no application submitted by the 4th respondent seeking Electricity Service Connection, the present writ petition is filed without causing any cause of action and the writ petitioner cannot be construed as an aggrieved person. If at all any grievances exists, then it is left open to the writ petitioner to agitate the matter in the manner known to law. 5.With these observations, the writ petition stands closed.
