This application is listed today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the applicant.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that in paragraph 3 of the order, the sale consideration was wrongly mentioned as Rs.24,50,000/- instead of "Rs.24,25,000/-". Likewise in paragraph 5, instead of mentioning the year of "2012", it has been stated as 2004. It is further stated that in paragraph 6, the date of sale deed executed by the first respondent has been wrongly mentioned as '24.09.2018' instead of "24.09.2008" and in paragraph 7, the year of the Applications has also been wrongly mentioned as '2001' instead of "2011".

3. In view of the above submission, Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the above said order dated 12.09.2019 and issue fresh order copy.
