The Appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 05.07.2013 made in M.C.O.P.No. 401 of 2013 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Special Subordinate Judge), Krishnagiri.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant / Insurance Company submitted that the respondents herein / claim petitioners had withdrawn the entire award amount from the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Krishnagiri. The learned counsel for the respondents herein / claim petitioners also concede with the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant / Insurance Company.

3. Recording the said submission, the civil miscellaneous appeal is closed. No costs.
