TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The learned Advocate for the appellant and the appellant are present. The learned Advocate for the first respondent are also present. They have stated that they are going to withdraw the appeal and necessary endorsement has been made in the appeal memorandum duly signed by the parties and their respective Advocates.

2. In view of the same, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. This Lok Adalat award is passed in terms of the above settlement.
