The petitioner prays to call for the records in the alleged FIR in CR.No. 125/2014 dated 13.09.2014 on the file of the 1st respondent and to quash the same.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the investigation of the case has been completed and Charge Sheet came to be laid in S.C.No. 1548 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Jayankondam under Sections 294, 323, 506(ii). 3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
