ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the entire records concerned in S.T.C.No.3763 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Mannarkudi, Tiruvarur District and quash the same.

2. The only ground raised in this petition by the petitioner is that there is no discharge of liabilities by the petitioner to the respondent. He further submitted that not only the chit fund amount was cheated, but also the blank cheque leaves obtained from the petitioner's mother, petitioner and her sisters were misused. But these aspects cannot be considered to quash the proceedings. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer sought for by the petitioner. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all the grounds raised in this petition before the trial court.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
