The first respondent has registered a case in Crime No.462 of 2013 as against the petitioner based on the complaint made by the second respondent. Pending investigation, the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking to quash the complaint pending on the file of the first respondent Police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the first respondent has completed the investigation and a final report has also been filed in the year 2013 itself and the complaint itself has been closed as "mistake of fact". He further submitted that a closure report was also served on the petitioner. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the subsequent developments, nothing survives further for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
