This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to call for the entire records relating to the proceedings of the 6th respondent Na.Ka.No.2644 of 2014 A dated 25.09.2014 and set aside the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has approached this Court, to set aside the proceedings dated 25.09.2014 passed by 6th respondent under Section 145 of Cr.P.C., based upon the complaint lodged by the 5th respondent. Pending Criminal Revision case, a suit in OS.No.156 of 1998 as well as RCOP.No.15 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
