This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order passed by the learned Additional District Munsif, Chengam, in I.A.No.590 of 2013 in O.S.No.174 of 2012, dated 22.11.2013. The said I.A., was filed seeking to implead the subsequent purchaser, which was dismissed.
The learned counsel appearing for the respondent stated that the suit in O.S.No.174 of 2012 has been disposed of by the Trial Court.
3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position either to dispute or to admit the present scenario. In view of the position, this Civil Revision https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
