The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order dated 25.02.2014 passed in I.A.No.596 of 2013 in O.S.No.96 of 2012, by the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Erode.
2. Today when the petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is present and made a submission 1/3
that she was not in a position to collect the correct address of the respondents, to which notice has to be served. Further, she has made a submission that the petitioner is not interested for taking steps to serve notice to the respondent.
3. Hence, in view of the fact that the batta has not been paid and the order of this Court dated 01.10.2019 has not been complied with, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 22.10.2019 vrn To The I Additional Subordinate Court, Erode.
