Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous for the reason that the appeal in A.S.No.270 of 2014 on the file of the XIX Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, itself has been disposed of. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
