Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1, 2 and 4 to constitute internal enquire complaints committee as provided under the provisions of Sexual harassment of women at work place (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 in all the Central Government offices in which more than 10 Women are employed as mandated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the Visaka case and Metha Kotwal Leela case based on the representation of the petitioner dated 6.12.2018.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he had also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.39028 and 39032 of 2018 are closed.
