O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus, directing the respondent Bank to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2018, wherein and whereby, they sought for considering the enhancement of loan.

2. After notice the matter is taken up for further hearing.

3. A counter affidavit is filed by the respondent Bank wherein it is stated that the petitioner's request was considered by the sanctioning authority as unviable and hence, rejected. Therefore, it is seen that the request of the petitioner was already rejected by the respondent Bank. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. If that be the case, the respondent Bank shall communicate the said order of rejection to the petitioner so as to work out their remedy against such rejection in the manner known to law. Accordingly, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent to communicate the order of rejection to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, with further liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy against the order of rejection before the appropriate forum. No costs.
