Respondents 2 to 4/Defendants 2 to 4 PRAYER: Appeal filed under Section 100 of the Civil Procedure Code against the judgment and decree of the court of Principal District Judge, Erode dated 01.08.2013 made in A.S.Nos.125 of 2012 reversing the judgments and decree of the court of the Subordinate Judge, Sathyamangalam dated 11.07.2012 made in O.S.No.15 of 2011.

Decree: This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the judgments and decrees of the lower Appellate court and the court of first instance and the material papers in the case and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.R.T.Duraisamy, Advocate for the Appellant and M/s.T.V.Krishnakumar for M/s.Chinnaraj, Advocate for the 1st Respondent and none appeared either in person or by Advocate for the Respondent 2 to 4 this court doth order and decree as follows:

1.that the judgment and decree of the court of the Principal District Judge, Erode dated 01.08.2013 made in A.S.No.125 of 2012 reversing the judgment and decree of the court of the Subordinate Judge, Sathyamangalam dated 11.07.2012 made in O.S.No.15 of 2011 be and hereby are confirmed and this Second Appeal is dismissed; and
