(through video conference) Heard Mr. K.Babu, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Niranjan Rajagopalan, Learned Standing Counsel for the First Respondent, Mr. D.Sathyaraj, Learned Special Government Pleader for the Second Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to furnish the information sought by the Petitioner. 3.

It has been brought to notice of this Court by the Learned Counsel for the First Respondent that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the First Respondent has passed by Order in Case No.46477/Enquiry/A/2012 (10538/A/2013) dated 08.07.2014 requiring the Second Respondent to furnish the required information to the Petitioner and he has produced a copy of the same through e-mail dated 24.09.2020, which is placed on record. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. However, it would not preclude the Petitioner, if he still has any grievance, to work out his remedies for necessary relief before the appropriate forum in the manner recognized by law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
