1406/2021 dated 28.02.2022 addressed by the first respondent/ Assistant Commissioner, Civil Supply and Consumer Protection Department, Villivakkam Zone, wherein the petitioner was issued a new Family Card, bearing No.97A3202429 and UFC No.333511708008.
