ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to reappoint the petitioner into service in the existing vacancies at Burgoor Taluk, Puliyampatti, Mindigiri, Periya Aalerahalli and Chinnaparandapalli as NoonMeal Organizer. 2.Upon notice, the second respondent filed a detailed counter affidavit, inter alia stating that the vacancies in the posts of Anganwadi Workers are being filled up only through the Appointment Committee and appointment orders are being issued only by the District Collector; and the order produced by the petitioner is false one; and hence, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is liable to be dismissed.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
