C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents made a submission that the issues between the parties were already settled. The writ petitioner has also agreed that the amount already deposited with the second respondent/Labour Court, shall be paid to the first respondent/workmen. In other words, the first respondent/workmen are permitted to withdraw the amount already deposited by the writ petitioner in the account of I.D.Nos.262 & 263 of 2010. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, the first respondent/workmen are entitled to withdraw the amount already deposited before the Labour Court and the Labour Court is directed to permit the workmen to withdraw the amount, if any, proper application is filed.

3. With these directions, the writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
