Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to include the petitioner in the panel to be prepared by the 3rd and 4th respondents as per the direction of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.34078 of 2012 dated 25.04.2013 for the promotion to the post of Office Manager/ Superintendent as per the settled seniority list dated 18.09.2006 and grant promotion to the petitioner together with monitory, seniority and all other attending benefits from the date of acquiral of actual vacancy arose.
