This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to direct the respondent Police to conduct the enquiry for committing offences of cheating and fabrication of documents and register a case based on the petitioner complaint dated on 01.12.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout her remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
