(through video conference) Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the First and Second Respondents, on instructions, states that the relief as sought in this Writ Petition has become infructuous, in view of the fact that the period of licence had already been lapsed and fresh licence was issued in favour of third party. He has filed a memo dated 28.10.2020 to that effect through e-mail, which is placed on record.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
