Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records pertaining to the detention order dated 28.11.2018 in No.C2/33852/2018 passed by the 2nd respondent and set aside the same and consequently issue a direction, directing the respondents to produce the detenue viz., Sakthivel, aged about 33 years, son of Pitchen, resident of South Street, Anaimaduvu Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Villupuram district, who is confined at Central Prison, Cuddalore before this Court. [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] It is represented that the impugned order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent against the detenu herein, has been revoked by the Advisory Board and the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.246, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XIV) Department, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 18.01.2019 has also been passed.

2. In the light of the said development, nothing remains for further adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
