Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the first respondent in their letter No.20348/vm?1/2013-6 dated 17.03.2014 and quash the same and direct the respondents to revise the scale of pay for the posts of Warehouse man, Warehouse Clerk and Warehouse Keeper on par with the scale of pay to the posts of Grade -II Technical initial post, Junior Foreman and Senior Foreman within the time limit prescribed by this Court by issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus.

O R D E R

On 13.11.2024 this Court was passed the following orders: "This Court by order dated 08.07.2022 directed to take steps to substitute the legal heirs of the deceased petitioners. Even on 12.10.2022 and on 30.10.2022, there was no representation for the petitioners. Today, also there is no representation for the petitioners. Post on 14.11.2024 under the caption "for dismissal."

2. Even today, when the case is listed, there is no representation on the part of the petitioners and no steps were taken to substitute the legal heirs.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated with liberty to the legal heirs to file application to reopen the issue, if they are interested to prosecute the case. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
