Govindtharaj Pandiyan, aged about 27 years, presently in the custody of the respondent, in any government hospital enabling him to get treatment for his injury which he has sustained, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that inasmuch as the detenu has been released on 16.06.2019, nothing survives for consideration in this petition.
