The limited prayer sought for in the present civil revision petition is to direct the trial Court to dispose of O.P.No.2295 of 2017 within a fixed time limit.

3. As such, it would be appropriate for the learned Ist Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to get along with the proceedings and not wait for the respondent to file his counter.

4. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned Ist Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the O.P.No.2295 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
