PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to treat the Diploma in Teacher Education of the petitioner as equivalent to Higher Secondary Course and include the name of the petitioner in the panel as on 01.01.2014, for the post of Assistant Elementary Educational Officer as published in Proceedings Na.Ka.No.06606/I2/2014 dated 11.06.2014 by the Page No.1 of 4

Director of Elementary Education, at the appropriate place and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to post the petitioner as Assistant Elementary Educational Officer.
