The writ petition has been filed for direction to direct the first respondent to accord approval to the petitioner's appointment as B.T. Asst (Tamil) in the second respondent School, w.e.f., 21.06.2010, with all monetary and other attendant benefits. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that while pending the writ petition, the appointment of the petitioner has been accorded by the first respondent.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
