O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2018 and grant the petitioner and his family round the clock armed police protection at the cost of the petitioner.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh representation before the fifth respondent seeking police protection within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the fifth respondent/Inspector of Police, M4 Police Station, Red Hills, is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
