The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of her representation dated 27.09.2014.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a representation on 27.09.2014 to the respondents seeking to take action against one G.Chandrasekaran, Retired Head Master of the School, for creating forgery document in order to mislead the Government Authorities for getting appointment to his daughter in the said School. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3.On the other hand, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents would consider the representation of the petitioner, if not already considered, and pass appropriate orders, as per law.
4.Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2014, if not already considered, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
