ORDER
Mr.A.Devaisigamani, learned counsel representing Mr.G.B.Saravana Bhavan, would produce an order dated 23.02.2017, wherein the Conciliation Officer has stated that it is for the workman to work out his rights by raising a dispute before the Central Government Industrial Tribunal.
2. The learned counsel would further state that, pursuant to the order dated 23.02.2017, the writ-petitioner has already raised an industrial dispute in I.D.No.71 of 2017, which is now pending before the Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Shastri Bhawan, Chennai.
3. In the light of the subsequent development, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the workman as well as the Management, to raise all issues including those raised in the present writ petition, before the Central Government Industrial Tribunal. The Central Government Industrial Tribunal, is requested to take up the matter and dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of nine months, from the date of receipt of a
copy of this order. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 is closed.
