ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to disburse the arrears of pay and allowances flowing from the benefits of order dated 09.09.2011 in W.P.No.11534 of 2006 and to grant consequential revised pensionary and retirement benefits based on such revision with 18% interest per annum for delayed payment within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the writ petition may be closed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned with a fresh representation indicating all the grounds available to him.

3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
