Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in G.O.(2D).No.359 dated 26.07.2013 on the file of the first respondent herein confirming the order of the second respondent in R.C.No.215856/AP.3 (1)/20-10 dated 23.03.2011 and the order of the third respondent passed in P.R.No.01/2003 dated 03.03.2003 under Rule 3(a) of the Tamil Nadu police Subordinate Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1955 and quash the same and direct the respondents to maintain the petitioner's seniority in appropriate adre without reference to the punishment of censure and consider him for promotion to the next cadre.
