ORDER

This Writ petition was filed by the petitioner, to call for the records relating to the impugned suspension order No.;635/CSD dated 29.04.2013 passed by the first respondent, to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in his service with back wages, continuity of service and consequent benefits. 2.learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported that no instructions received from the petitioner. 3.Learned Senior Panel Counsel Central Government appearing on behalf of the respondents reported that during the pendency https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the writ petition, the petitioner was expired on 08.07.2016 and to that effect death is registered on 22.07.2016 and the xerox copy of the death certificate was produced before this. 4.It is noticed that the writ petitioner has passed away on 08.07.2016, till date, learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps to implead the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner, hence the petition stands dismissed as abated. 4.Recording the above, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
