Respondents Prayer :This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.9821/08/2008/Po.Ni.1 dated 10.03.2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to count the service of 3 years 8 months and 25 days as qualifying service under Rule 11 of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules 1978 and accordingly revise all the terminal and pensionary benefits and pay the arrears within a stipulated period.
