O R D E R
The order dated 06.11.2013 issued by the third respondent is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2.Admittedly, the petitioners have been provided with two separate electricity service connections in their premises. As per the Regulations in force the petitioners are eligible to get one electricity service connection and therefore, the authorities passed an order stating that the petitioners should avail one high tension electricity service connection for the purpose of running their industry.
3.This Court do not find any infirmity as in respect of the industry, two different electricity service connection cannot be provided which may cause financial loss to the TANGEDCO. Even as per the Regulation, in respect of one premises one electricity service connection is to be provided. Thus the respondents passed an order directing the petitioners to get one high tension electricity service connection for the purpose of their usage. This being the scope of the order impugned, the petitioner is not entitled for any relief and accordingly, all necessary actions are to be initiated for the purpose of complying with the Regulations in force.
4.With these observations, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
