This writ petition has been filed to quash G.O.(D).No.6 dated 7/1/2014 passed by the first respondent confirming the Award in ARC No.50 of 2007 dated 4/4/2008 passed by the second respondent, and consequently, direct the second respondent to rehear the matter afresh in compliance with Sections 66 and 67 (1) of Chit Funds Act, 1982. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent, by producing a memo, submitted that money due to the decree holder is fully realized and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. In view of the above, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect.
