An order impugned is passed under Section 7 A of the EPF Act. Such an order is appealable under Section 7 (I) of the very same Act. The Act has been made applicable to the employees of the writ petitioner. 2.The issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by a judgment of this Court in W.A.No.765/2023 dated 29.03.2023. Following the said judgment, this writ petition stands dismissed. If the appellate remedy is still available to the petitioner, the petitioner can pursue the remedy. No costs.
