No.D1/6265/2013, dated 2.5.13 and DO No.471 of 2013 in C. No.D1/6265/2013, dated 31.05.2013 and quash the same and direct the respondent to treat the period of suspension and as well as out of employment as duty for all purposes and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits including promotion within a reasonable time.
