ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents' police not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2.The learned Public Prosecutor (Pudhucherry) would submit that the petitioner is a history sheeter in H.S.No.30 of 2015, the respondent police have called the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing notice.

3.In view of the above submissions, there is no question of issuing any direction to the respondent and the petitioner has to co-operate with the enquiry conducted by the respondent police.
