ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.833/2018 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, S-5, Pallavaram Police Station, Pallavaram, Chennai. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has almost been completed and the final report will be filed any time. This Court does not want to interfere with the investigation at this stage.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner relied upon the certain materials and also the CCTV footage in order to show that this incident could not have taken place and the entire https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint is false. The learned counsel submitted that this material can also to be taken into consideration by the respondent police in the course of investigation. 4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report or a closure report as the case may be, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent police shall also take into consideration the materials supplied by the petitioner, during the course of investigation. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
