This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for seeking for direction to the respondent police to return the vehicle belonging to the petitioner, which was seized in connection with Crime No.1399 of 2018.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application under Section 451 Cr.P.C. before the concerned Court and work out his remedy in accordance with law.
