O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records dated 16.11.2018 and for quashing the same and directing the 1st respondent to call for a fresh tender as per notification dated 24.10.2018.

2.When the matter is called for hearing today, copy of order dated 18.03.2019 passed by the 1st respondent is circulated by learned Standing Counsel for TASMAC contending that nothing survives for consideration now in the writ petition.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner however states that, the order, a copy of which has been furnished to him now, does not refer to the representation of the petitioner dated 19.11.2018, which is admittedly pending on the file of the 1st respondent and wherein the petitioner has raised very specific grievances.

4.In the above circumstances and by concurrence expressed by both parties, the 1st respondent is directed to afford opportunity to the petitioner as well as to all other interested parties in the matter, and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 19.11.2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
