O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.524 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. The FIR has been registered based on the complaint given by the Social Welfare Officer to the effect that the accused persons joined together and used filthy language and prevented her from performing a public duty. The FIR has been registered for offence under Sections 294 (b), 353, 506 (ii) IPC and Section 4 Women Harassment Act, 2002.

3. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation at this stage. The truth or otherwise of the allegations can be known only after the completion of the investigation.

4. This Criminal original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and file a final report or a closure report, as the case may be, within a period of one month. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
