[*][ii] call for the records relating to C.C.No.48 of 2018 on the file of the Special court of trail for criminal cases related to Elected Member of Parliament and Members of Legislative Assembly of Tamilnadu, Singarvelar Maligai, Chennai, and to quash the CRL.OP.NO.30019 OF 2018] [iii] call for the records in C.C.No.17 of 2013 pending on the file of Special Court at Singaravelan Maligai, Chennai -600 001, and transfer C.C.NO.17 of 2013 to Principal Sessions Court, Chennai, in CRL.OP.NO.30180 OF 2018 [iv] stay all further proceedings in S.C.No.465 of 2018 on the file of the Learned Special Court for politicians cases (MP and MLA) at Chennai pending disposal of the above CRL.OP.NO.29152 OF 2018 [Crl.MP.17058 OF 2018] [v] grant AD-INTERIM STAY of all further proceedings in C.C.No.

48 of 2018 on the file of the Special court of trail for criminal cases related to Elected Member of Parliament and Members of Legislative Assembly of Tamilnadu, Singarvelar Maligai, Chennai, pending disposal of the above CRL.OP.NO.30019 OF 2018 [IN CRL.MP.NO.17637 OF 2018] [vi] dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner before the Special court of trail for criminal cases related to Elected Member of Parliament and members of Legislative Assembly of Tamilnadu, Singarvelar Maligai, Chennai in C.C.No.48 of 2018 pending disposal of the above CRL.OP.NO.30019 OF 2018 [IN CRL.MP.NO.17638 OF 2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.KUMARESAN Advocate [IN CRL.OP.NO.29152 OF 2018 & CRL.MP.NO.17058 OF 2018] and of M/S.A.M.ESAKKIAPPAN, Advocate [ IN CRL.OP.NO.
