This Appeal Suit has been filed by the appellants against the Judgment and Decree, dated 07.02.2011, passed in O.S.No. 3 of 2005 before the learned Additional District Judge - Cum - Fast Track Court No.II, Gobichettipalayam.

2. This Appeal Suit was referred for mediation to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, by the order of this Court dated 22.07.2022.

3. A communication dated 30.09.2022 of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, enclosing a copy of the Mediation Report, dated 28.09.2022 has been received.

4. As the parties have arrived at a settlement in terms of the Mediation Agreement dated 21.09.2022, this Appeal Suit was listed for passing orders in terms of the said Mediation Agreement.
