Prayer :- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 4th Respondent issued in Memo dated 20.09.2018 vide Na.Ka.3767/2018/A4 and quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent to issue Natham Patta in respect of the lands measuring about 3895 square feet in Survey Nos.15/1 and 15/2 and new sub division Survey No.15/65 of Vadavalli village, Perur Taluk, Coimbatore District in respect of the plot earmarked as public purpose in the approved Layout as per proceedings in L.P/R(C.No.72/81) dated 27.2.1981, within the time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
