PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to provide adequate Police Protection to the petitioner and his men for draw water from the common irrigation tank situated at the agricultural land comprised in Survey No.481/2, Vedakaraiyathur Melmugam Village, Paramathi Velur Taluk, Namakkal District, based on the petitioner's representations dated 1.10.2018 and 12.11.2018.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection for the petitioner to drop water from the irrigation tank.

It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. This dispute has to be resolved only before the competent civil Court and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner cannot directly approach this Court seeking for police protection.

This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, by giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent Court.
