ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the First Information Report in Crime No.218 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent.
2. The FIR in Crime No.218 of 2018 is registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506 (i) of IPC.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he did not commit any offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC.
4. However, this Court is not satisfied in the grounds raised by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.218 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.218 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
