This Court, upon hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, vide order dated 20.02.2019, directed the respondents to furnish security to the extent of the claim made in the applications being an amount of Rs.40,80,960.27 (A.No.10110/2018), Rs.41,73,078.14 (A.No.10111/2018), Rs.40,01,233.98 (A.No.10113/2018), Rs.40,03,187.82 (A.No.10122/2018), Rs.41,74,893.65 (A.No.10124/2018), Rs.40,50,310.17 (A.No.10125/2018) and Rs.39,89,201.54 (A.No.10126/2018) on or before 21.03.2019, failing which, an order of attachment order would be passed.
2. When the matters are taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that no security has been furnished as directed by this Court. She would further submit that award in arbitration between the applicant and the respondents in all applications has been passed on 20.06.2019. 3.

PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA.J drl either in person or through counsel. Hence, service to the respondents is held sufficient. In the above circumstances, there shall be order of attachment as prayed for. The order of attachment shall be transmitted through the District & Sessions Judge, Ajmer, Ajmer District, Rajasthan, and the attachment order may be hand delivered to the applicant for transmission. 5.
In view of the above direction, nothing further survives for adjudication and these applications stand closed.
